1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy applies to the Android app Practice Recorder Pro ("the App"), published on Google Play by Zenskoglabs (Mikael Zenskog, Stockholm, Sweden). The App lets you record and play back audio for personal practice and rehearsal. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what information the App handles and your rights regarding it.

2. Data collection

No personal data collection. The App does not collect, store or transmit any personal information (such as names, email addresses or phone numbers).

Local recordings only. Audio recordings made with the App are stored only on your device, in the location you choose. They are never uploaded to any server or cloud service by the App.

3. Permissions

The App asks for access to the microphone, which is required to record audio. Microphone access is used only while you are recording, and the audio never leaves your device.

4. Data usage

Because we do not collect personal data, we do not use or share personal data for analytics, advertising or any other purpose, and we do not transmit audio recordings off your device.

5. Third-party services

The App contains no analytics, advertising or social media SDKs. The App is distributed through Google Play, and the App may show Google's native in-app review prompt. Purchases, licensing and reviews are handled by Google and are subject to Google's Privacy Policy. We do not receive any personal data from these services.

6. Children's privacy

The App is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone, including children.

7. Your rights

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to access, correct and delete your personal data. Because the App does not collect personal data, we hold no data about you. If you have concerns, you can contact us or the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).

8. User responsibility

You are responsible for managing and securing the recordings saved on your device. Please use the App responsibly and do not record other people without their consent where the law requires it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be published on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
